RELCO-Stoelting Provide Cheese Processing System and Equipment

 Stoelting and RELCO partner to provide complete cheese process systems 

Stoelting, LLC and RELCO, LLC are pleased to announce a joint partnership providing cheesemakers with a complete cheese plant offering including cheese/whey processing equipment,  project management, process engineering, automation engineering, and site services. 

Stoelting Process Solutions, Kiel WI, manufactures cheese making equipment, with a long history of providing high quality cheese vats, curd tables, draining & matting conveyors, salting belts, other related material handling equipment and accessories.  RELCO, of Willmar MN, provides dairy and food plants with customized processing equipment, systems, and automation through design, engineering, fabrication and installation.  

Robert Oonk, Stoelting Executive VP, explains that “the formal partnership resulted from a specific cheese industry need for a total process solutions provider.  Stoelting’s high technology cheese making equipment, combined with RELCO’s process engineering, automation and project management capabilities, provides customers with a source for one-stop shopping.” 

Loren Corle, RELCO President, states “The two company agreement provides the cheese industry a turnkey option for total cheese processing systems from milk receiving through cold storage.  RELCO/Stoelting can custom-tailor designs for milk receiving/storage, pasteurization/standardization, cheesemaking, whey draining, cheese forming/storage and whey processing. Cheesemakers can now look to one source to provide design, equipment, automation and installation for their total process systems needs.”
