E-Z Access Safety Deck

A stainless steel platform assembly used for safe access to truck tanks and other manways. The decking or catwalk system contains a stairway to the main elevated platform to which is attached perpendicular smaller drop decks that have vertical and horizontal movement, allowing access to manways of different locations and elevations.

This safety deck system was developed as a result of personnel injuries when working around manways on top of milk truck tanks. The E-ZACCESS^® System gives operators and other personnel a safe, OSHA approved, access to tank openings. The system is extensively used in milk receiving and shipping rooms and other areas where work is preformed at different levels and distances.

The most unique feature of this system is the adjustability of the drop decks that move vertically (about 2 feet) and horizontally (about 8 feet) to accommodate trucks and other non-stationary tank openings.
